The following is the cause of this error message:
OPEN() failed to open named pipe ?/dbs/mon2arch_@.
Action you can take to resolve this issue: Only the Oracle DBA can run ARCHMON. Make sure that your current operating system login has owner or group search permission for the ORACLE_HOME/dbs directory. The maximum number of open files may have been exceeded.
