Oracle DB Error ORA-09803 Allocation of string buffer failed.

The following is the cause of this error message:

a buffer used to hold the name of the file for which a label was to be obtained could not be allocated.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Check the UNIX error number for a possible operating system failure. If there is no error, contact Oracle Support Services. The number of bytes that Oracle attempted to allocate is in the "Additional Information" field.
