Oracle DB Error ORA-07432 unable to perform nested sleep

The following is the cause of this error message:

An attempt was made to make a process sleep when it was already sleeping. This platform does not support this capability.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Try the SLEEP command when the process is not sleeping.
