Oracle DB Error ORA-07303 ksmcsg: illegal database buffer size.

The following is the cause of this error message:

The database buffer size must be a multiple of the database block size, and less than the maximum block size.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Verify that the DB_BLOCK_SIZE initialization parameter is set properly in your initialization parameter file.
