Oracle DB Error ORA-07203 sltln: attempt to translate a long environment variable.

The following is the cause of this error message:

A string was passed to SLTLN containing a long environment variable. SLTLN accepts environment names of 30 or less characters.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Shorten environment variable name to less than 30 characters.
