The following is the cause of this error message:
TLI could not find service information for the specified service name.
Action you can take to resolve this issue: If you specified the service name on the command line or with the environment variable TLI_SERVER, make sure you specified it correctly. If the service name is not in the SERVICES file for your protocol, ask your system administrator to add it.
