The following is the cause of this error message:

The specified feature is not yet supported for natively compiled PL/SQL modules.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Recompile the relevant PL/SQL modules in non-native mode by setting the PLSQL_COMPILER_FLAGS parameter to INTERPRETED.
