Oracle DB Error ORA-03112 a server linked as single-task cannot use SQL*Net

The following is the cause of this error:

A statement containing a Net8t connect string was issued to the single-task server. For example, a database link was used in a SQL statement.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Do not use Net8t connect strings in a single-task environment.
