The following is the cause of this error:
The variable SMPDIDINI was overwritten, probably by client code.
Action you can take to resolve this issue: Verify client code (for example, in Pro*C check for illegal memory access). If the problem occurs outside Single Task operation, contact Oracle Support Services.
