Oracle DB Error ORA-02818 Less than the number of blocks requested was read in

The following is the cause of this error:

A server could not read in the request amount of data. The first number in the "additional information" field is the block number being read in. The second is the actual number of bytes that was read in. This is a programming error.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Check the calling program.
