Oracle DB Error ORA-02444 Cannot resolve referenced object in referential constraints

An attempt was made to define a foreign key with a reference to a schema object that cannot be resolved to a base table reference.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Define referential constraints only with schema objects resolving to a base table.
