Oracle DB Error ORA-02170 FREELIST GROUPS storage option not allowed

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to specify the FREELIST GROUPS storage option. This option may be specified only when using the CREATE TABLE command and when the ALLOW_FREELIST_GROUPS parameter is specified in the initialization parameter file.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Retry the statement without the FREELIST GROUPS storage option or set the ALLOW_FREELIST_GROUPS parameter in the initialization parameter file.
