Oracle DB Error ORA-02100 PCC: out of memory (i.e., could not allocate)

The following is the cause of this error:

SQLLIB was unable to allocate enough memory to execute the program.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Allocate more memory to the user session and then rerun the program. If the error persists, contact Oracle Support Services for assistance.
