The following is the cause of this error:
The replication option was not installed at this site. Updatable materialized views, deferred RPCs, and other replication features were, therefore, unavailable.
Action you can take to resolve this issue: Install the replication option. The replication option is not part of the Oracle DB Error ORAcle Server product and must be purchased separately. Contact an Oracle DB Error ORAcle Sales representative if the replication option needs to be purchased.
