The following is the cause of this error:

A failure (typically a trigger or stored procedure with multiple remote updates) occurred such that the all-or-nothing execution of a previous Oracle DB Error ORAcle call cannot be guaranteed.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Roll back to a previous savepoint or roll back the transaction and resubmit.
