Oracle DB Error ORA-02058 no prepared transaction found with ID string

The following is the cause of this error:

No transaction with LOCAL_TRAN_ID or GLOBAL_TRAN_ID found in the PENDING_TRANS$ table in prepared state.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Check the PENDING_TRANS$ table.
