Oracle DB Error ORA-02056 2PC: string: bad two-phase command number string from string

The following is the cause of this error:

There was a two-phase commit protocol error.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: The transaction may automatically recover. Monitor the DBA_2PC_PENDING table to determine the resolution. Enter the transaction again, if necessary. Contact Oracle DB Error ORAcle Support Services if necessary.
