Oracle DB Error ORA-02036 too many variables to describe with automatic cursor open

The following is the cause of this error:

UPI-bundled execution call tried to perform automatic cursor open and close on a describe operation. There were too many SELECT list items or bind variables to do this.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Open and close cursor explicitly.
