Oracle DB Error ORA-02013 missing CONNECT keyword

The following is the cause of this error:

The keyword CONNECT does not follow the database link name in a CREATE DATABASE LINK statement.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Specify the CONNECT clause after the database link name.
