Oracle DB Error ORA-01953 command no longer valid, see ALTER USER

The following is the cause of this error:

The syntax for assigning quotas on tablespaces has changed. The ALTER USER command is now used to perform the functionality.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Use the ALTER USER command instead.
