Oracle DB Error ORA-01931 cannot grant string to a role

The following is the cause of this error:

UNLIMITED TABLESPACE, REFERENCES, INDEX, SYSDBA or SYSOPER privilege cannot be granted to a role.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Grant privilege directly to the user.
