Oracle DB Error ORA-01814 AM/PM conflicts with use of A.M./P.M.

The following is the cause of this error:

Both types of meridian indicators, AM and PM, were listed in a date specification. If one of the meridian indicator format masks, such as AM or A.M., is specified in the date, the other may not be specified.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Use one meridian indicator format, with or without periods, consistently.
