Oracle DB Error ORA-01740 missing double quote in identifier

The following is the cause of this error:

An initial double quote (") was found without a closing quote. If an identifier contains a blank or special characters other than $, #, or _, it must be enclosed in double quotes.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Add a closing double quote (") to the end of the identifier.
