Oracle DB Error ORA-01606 gc_files_to_locks not identical to that of another mounted instance

The following is the cause of this error:

The GC_FILES_TO_LOCKS parameters were different on two instances.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Modify the initialization parameter GC_FILES_TO_LOCKS and restart.
