The following is the cause of this error:
Could have been taken offline before by the database administrator or cleaned up by SMON.
Action you can take to resolve this issue: Check the status of rollback segment in UNDO$ or DBA_ROLLBACK_SEGS to make sure the rollback segment is actually online.
