Oracle DB Error ORA-01190 controlfile or data file string is from before the last RESETLOGS

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to use a datafile when the log reset information in the file does not match the control file. Either the datafile or the control file is a backup that was made before the most recent ALTER DATABASE OPEN RESETLOGS.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Restore file from a more recent backup.
