Oracle DB Error ORA-01181 file string created before last RESETLOGS, cannot recreate

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to use ALTER DATABASE CREATE DATAFILE to re-create a datafile that existed at the last RESETLOGS database open.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Find a backup of the file, and recover it. Do incomplete recovery to time before file was originally created.
