Oracle DB Error ORA-00989 too many passwords for usernames given

The following in the cause of this error:

More passwords than usernames were specified in a GRANT statement. Only one password may be entered for each username listed in the GRANT statement.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Enter an equal number of usernames and passwords.
