Oracle DB Error ORA-00953 missing or invalid index name

The following is the cause of this error:

In a CREATE INDEX, DROP INDEX, or VALIDATE INDEX statement, the index name was missing or invalid.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Specify a valid index name after the keyword INDEX. To drop or validate an existing index, check the name by querying the data dictionary. To create a new index, check the syntax before retrying.
