LUMS - Training Course on Procurement Management

According to a notification, issued by the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), the USAID-funded Assessment and Strengthening Programme (ASP) completed a course on Procurement Management for Middle Managers.

The course was aimed at training procurement managers from the public, CSO, as well as the for-profit sectors. Course content included Principles of Procurement, Procurement Ethics, Procurement Closeout, Contract Management and comparison between PPRA and USAID rules.

Participants from all over Pakistan, including public servants from KPK and Sindh attended the trainings and appreciated the competence and the quality of the LUMS faculty, according to the notification.
