According to a notification, issued by the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), the Physlab participated in the Pak-China Business Forum which took place from April 14 - 18, 2012. The Forum featured an international exhibition where Pakistani and Chinese businessmen, entrepreneurs, industrialists, scientific developers and educationists set up stalls showcasing innovation. This large moot, with more than 200 exhibits of various kinds, attracted thousands of people from across the Islamabad area.The exhibited displays included designs enabling the webcam assisted observation of mechanical phenomena such as oscillatory motion and fluid viscosity, calorimetric techniques for determining thermodynamical properties of liquids, electrical conductivity probes and interactive comparison of magnetic field sensors. All of these devices and techniques are set for rapid commercialization. The Physlab has already demonstrated success in this regard through its deployment of laboratories in various universities in Pakistan.
