According to a notification, issued by the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), the Sports at LUMS (SLUMS) society organized male and female Intervarsity Basketball Nationals tournament from April 20 - 22, 2012. Eight male and four female teams participated in the tournament. The tournament was a great success marked by tremendous performances. The organizers coordinated with each other to ensure exemplary punctuality throughout the tournament.
Cent Cages and All Stars competed against each other in the male final and All Stars emerged as the winners. The women's final was played by LUMS and Club 24; and was won by the Club 24.
