According to the official notification, the Karachi School for Business and Leadership (KSBL) MBA is a full-time 21 month programme consisting of eight, seven-week terms. There is one intake per year and the programme commences in September with a compulsory three-week Foundations term. Students are expected to participate in a six to eight week internship after one year of studies.
KSBL’s MBA academic experience is conducted in a cohort group of approximately 65 students, with all classes shared. Throughout your two years, you will be divided into study group teams and will be working together with your cohort and study group classmates on assignments, cases and projects.
The KSBL curriculum, designed in collaboration with Cambridge University’s Judge Business School, prepares you to create and lead sustainable organizations in a complex and rapidly changing world. In addition to building a solid foundation in core business functions, the KSBL MBA substantively integrates components of ethics into all classes, helping to shape global ethical leaders. The general management focus of the programme is supplemented with specific courses to guide and develop creative entrepreneurs as well as courses where students engage and consult with new or emerging ventures and NGO organisations.
The programme consists of eight 7-week terms plus an initial Foundation term, and includes 68 credit hours of courses.
