GIKI - Inauguration ceremony of NFRC

According to a notification, issued by the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI), the inauguration ceremony of Natural Fluids Refrigeration Center (NFRC) will be held on April 17, 2012 at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Topi, district Swabi. Senator Engineer Farhatullah Khan Babar, special spokesperson to the President of Pakistan will be the chief guest.

GIK Institute in collaboration with Isotherm Inc., USA has established the NFRC to provide refrigeration solutions on a global scale. The Center seeks to accomplish its mandate by providing the industry with continuing improvement in refrigeration processes using natural refrigerants that have no environmental impact. The Center offers world class research and analytical services to industry, academia, private and government organizations. The Center enjoys global partnership with leading institutions such as Industrial Refrigeration Consortium at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA and Thermal Center (IMST) at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain.
