Converting Seconday and Higher Seconday grades into marks

In Pakistan, the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) provides the formula for converting grades issued by the Secondary and Higher Seconday education institutions around the world into marks. As of June 2017, IBCC is the only organization authorized to issue equivalence certificates for Secondary and Higher Secondary qualifications to students seeking admission in colleges and universities in Pakistan.
